Hi, I'm Julia. I’m a Toronto-based visual artist and educator with over a decade of classroom and leadership experience in independent schools. At Blyth Academy, I teach full time while serving as the Department Head for Instruction, Assessment, and Evaluation, as well as the Department Lead for Visual Arts.

Previously, I worked as a Vice Principal of Guidance and Registrar, where I supported students and families through personalized academic planning and holistic approaches to learning. I’m dedicated to inclusive education, with extensive experience supporting neurodiverse learners, developing IEPs, and integrating trauma-informed and social-emotional practices.

My teaching combines creativity, wellness, and individualized support, empowering students to explore their potential while building confidence and community.
