Blyth Academy's Head of Guidance, Jessica Lewis, appeared on Toronto's Breakfast Television as a subject matter expert to discuss how students are struggling with mental health after being isolated during COVID, how to address the issue and what can be done to help.
Blyth Academy Etobicoke offers experiential private education for students in Grades 9 – 12 in Toronto’s west end. Our modern campus facility provides students with the opportunity to learn within a bright and spacious environment specifically designed to allow for personalized learning in small classes. Classrooms encourage discussions in which every student is heard.
Located in one of the city’s most vibrant neighbourhoods, there are plenty of opportunities for learning that extend beyond the walls of our classrooms. With experiential learning at the forefront of our approach to education, Blyth Academy Etobicoke students will access many local amenities including High Park, the Old Mill trails, and the Humber River. We really benefit from our location — within minutes, we can be in a green space partaking in outdoor education experiences or at a world-renowned gallery or museum.
