UNIT ONE
The Entrepreneurial Mindset
In this unit, students will delve into the key characteristics of the entrepreneurial mindset. They will explore various business leadership styles and assess their own entrepreneurial potential by examining the traits that define successful entrepreneurs. Students will also learn about the significant contributions entrepreneurs make to social, economic, and environmental progress, as well as the challenges they face. By the end of the unit, students will have a deeper understanding of how the skills and knowledge they acquire in business can be applied across different career paths.
UNIT TWO
Project Management and Business Skills

Students will learn to use project management processes that cover goal-setting, key performance indicators, resource allocation, task delegation, and risk management. They will also explore various digital technologies used in business, analyzing their benefits, limitations, costs, and risks, particularly in the context of online safety and data security. Additionally, students will gain an understanding of different business ownership structures and how financial literacy can enhance their learning in other areas.
UNIT THREE

They will learn to identify the topic, purpose, and audience for various business texts and choose the appropriate text forms to suit specific needs. Students will also enhance their graphic design and formatting skills using digital tools, ensuring that their business communications are clear, accurate, and visually appealing. By the end of the unit, students will be able to create, revise, and present business texts that effectively support business practices.
