How to apply:

To apply for a Blyth Scholarship candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Grade 10, 11 or 12 student
• Minimum 75-80% average
• Canadian citizen
• Interested in travel
• Community and school involvement
• Exhibits strong leadership characteristics and personal integrity
• Students who for financial reasons would not be able to participate in the program

Deadline for International Summer Credit programs: February 28, 2010
Deadline for International Summer Community Service programs: April 1, 2010

Complete and mail or fax the following forms to Blyth Academy :

1. Blyth International Summers Application Form
   - Please print and return the completed form to Blyth Academy
2. Scholarship Application
   - Please print and return the completed form to Blyth Academy
3. Short Essay
   - Please provide a 500-word essay exploring why you would like to study abroad and how you believe you will contribute to your chosen program.

Program deposit of $750 plus registration fee of $95. If your scholarship application is declined, you can request a return of your application deposit if you do not wish to attend.

Mail or fax the above forms along with your high school transcript, a copy of your most recent report card, a reference letter from either a teacher or a leader in your community, and a personal letter from a parent/guardian outlining your financial need to:
