From the Left Bank of the “City of Light,” to Provence and the French Riviera, we will immerse ourselves in the beauty and culture of France.

Paris
Imagine spending two weeks in Europe's most beautiful and electrifying city, walking along the Seine, visiting the cathedrals of Notre Dame and Sacré Coeur, strolling down the fashionable Faubourg Ste Honoré, or climbing the Tour d’Eiffel. We will visit the most famed museums in Paris — le Louvre, le Centre Georges Pompidou and le Musée d’Orsay — and explore the ancient quarters of le Marais. While staying at Maison Canadienne in the heart of the city, students will quickly learn to follow the fantastic smells and find the best crêpes on the left bank.

Provence
Leaving the City of Light, we board a TGV high-speed train, capable of travelling at speeds of over 400 km per hour, as we make our way south to our base in Aix-en Provence. From here, we will explore the region that inspired artists such as Cezanne and Van Gogh.

Villefranche-sur-Mer and St. Jean Cap Ferrat
From Provence, we will head to Villefranche-sur-Mer and our residence overlooking the Mediterranean alongside Cap Ferrat. The light and atmosphere of the Mediterranean shores have inspired artists from Renoir to Matisse, who came to live, play, and delight in the ochre and pastel hues of the region. Our hotel features expansive terraces where we will take our meals, and a swimming pool overlooking the sea. Our afternoons and evenings will be spent basking in the atmosphere of the Riviera. With Nice just 10 minutes away, and Monaco just 15, we are literally in the heart of the action.

Château de Chantilly
Our final destination in France will be the stunning Château de Chantilly. Just outside of Paris and in 155 hectares of parkland, the Château’s beauty and history will captivate us as we celebrate our trip and enjoy a spectacular feast.
