The Grand Tour has it all: Eight countries from England to Austria, with Spain, Italy, Switzerland, France and even tiny Liechtenstein in between. You will ski Zermatt, balloon over the Burgundy Valley, swim and sunbathe on the Spanish Mediterranean — and much, much more.

London
Our first destination will see us exploring all things quintessentially British! Our hotel will be within easy access to all the sights and sounds of central London. We will take in the British Museum, the London Bridge, Tower of London, and one of Shakespeare’s plays at the Globe Theatre, while leaving plenty of time for shopping along the famed Old Bond Street.

Barcelona
We will fly to Spain and the capital of Catalonia, Barcelona. Touring its world-renowned avant-garde architecture, relaxing on beautiful beaches, and getting swept up in the infectious energy of this gorgeous city, we will quickly discover why Barcelona is one of Europe’s most beloved cities.

Rome
A quick flight across the Mediterranean Sea will find us in the Eternal City. Here we will visit all the major sights including the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, and the Forum, not to mention enjoying plenty of authentic Italian food along the way!

Florence
Travelling north from Rome we will hit the city of Florence, the birthplace of Italian Renaissance. We will see the famous statue of David by Michelangelo, the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio Bridge and some of the best leather shops in Italy.

Venice
We then travel to Venice, a city that has captured the hearts of visitors for centuries. We will explore the famed canals and bridges of this graceful city.

Salzburg
In Austria we will be staying in the UNESCO World Heritage site, Salzburg. We will take a guided tour through this wonderful city famed for Mozart, the Sound of Music and its magnificent setting. We will take the ride of a lifetime through the ancient salt mines at Hallein and sing with the locals over dinner.
Munich: Just north of the Sternbersee and the Bavarian Alps, here we will visit the concentration camp at Dachau and then the fairytale castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau built by mad King Ludwig.

Zermatt
After visiting the Principality of Liechtenstein, we arrive at Zermatt and get our first glimpse of the Matterhorn. The next day we will have the opportunity to ski in the middle of July and will have to choose between enjoying a fondue in Switzerland or skiing across the border into Italy for pasta al fresco.

Beaune and Burgundy Valley
Our next stop is one of the wine capitals of the world, and we will see it on foot, by bike and even from hot air balloons at sunset.

Paris
Our European journey will finish in the City of Light! We will spend three days touring the city, visiting the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre, with our last day spent at the Château de Chantilly. In 155 hectares of parkland, the Château’s beauty and history will captivate us as we celebrate our adventure and enjoy a spectacular feast in one of the great “Monument Historiques” of France.
