Where better than Italy, France and Spain
to study the fields of Culinary Arts, English
Literature and Photography? Each country
on our trip offers endless inspiration and an
abundance of incredible sights, sounds and
flavours to increase our appreciation of these
creative arts.
Beginning in Italy, we will learn about the
process that takes our food from seed to
table and explore the town of Frascati, with
its charming markets and restaurants.
Between the bistro visits of Rome, we will
take in the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain,
the Colosseum and Forum.
From Italy we travel to France and settle in
Nice to tour the town and take in the famed
beach. We will enjoy fresh seafood, new tastes
and the sights of the French Riviera!
Once in Paris, we will have the opportunity
to walk the streets of famous writers and
painters, enjoy walks along the Seine, and visit
Notre Dame, Sacré Coeur and the Eiffel Tower.
Our
program finishes in vibrant Barcelona,
with a city tour, a trip to Las Ramblas, and a
chance to fall in love with Spanish tapas!
