Welcome to Blyth Academy.
Over the last thirty-three years we have devoted ourselves to the education
of young people. Central to our philosophy are three truths we have
learned and that you will see reflected in our schools.
- Care and empathy for students on academic, intellectual and personal
levels is essential to success.
- Brilliant hands-on, experiential teaching in small classes engages
students and produces the best results.
- Our schools produce well-rounded “university-ready” students by
providing a full extra-curricular program of activities including
sports and fitness, theatre and the arts as well as community-service
opportunities in our neighbourhood and around the world.
Our schools are designed to be boutiques of 50 – 150 students. This allows us to be personally in touch with every individual, yet large enough to offer a broad range of courses. The difference between our model and the traditional school is the difference you would feel between arriving at a warm, inviting, boutique hotel and a sprawling conference hotel.
