Blyth Academy introduces online courses. Our first course is Photography for grade 11 (AWQ3M) and grade 12 (AWQ4M). Click here to view the course outline.
These courses meet and exceed the Ministry of Education requirements building on the Blyth approach: A student-teacher ratio small enough to provide individual attention and guidance for learning; A curriculum that has extensive hands-on assignments and high relevance; And, assessment that evaluates application of learning as much as it evaluates conceptual learning.
The course will be conducted over 3 month period on a rolling basis so one can begin a course on the 1st of every month. Teachers, as is the hallmark of Blyth, will be experts in their field and highly creative and passionate about the subject.
