“My son just received news last week that he was accepted into RMC (Royal Military College). This is a VERY competitive program and this year the number of placements was at an all-time low. We believe his success started with his enrolment in a Blyth English program last fall. Throughout this year his confidence has continued to grow. I thought you’d like to know the impact your institution is having on your students and their families.”
Why choose Blyth for full-time studies?
Blyth Academy’s full-time program is unique. Our small classes (average 8 students), great faculty, 4-term semester approach, skilled ongoing guidance mentoring, individualized student attention and open parent/teacher/student communication combine to form the cornerstones of our educational philosophy.
Blyth offers a wide range of learning opportunities to keep full-time students engaged. Over and above our exciting experiential learning model, students can take part in courses through our enrichment and integrated study programs as well as co-op placements. Full-time students also have the opportunity to study exclusive courses at the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM), Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO), Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), and Outward Bound Canada at the Evergreen Brick Works. In our ROM program, students earn high school credits alongside curatorial and educational staff while experiencing Toronto’s most hands-on, enriching classroom. In our partnership with Outward Bound Canada, students will have the opportunity to earn credits at the new Evergreen Brick Works Centre. Learn more about the Blyth, ROM and Outward Bound Canada courses available to secondary school Blyth students. Additionally, our school terms and daily classroom schedule are suited to students who are pursuing outside studies and training.
